Bean salad for the winter

This salad with beans for the winter will become a regular guest on your table and will save you more than once and help you out at a crucial moment.

Ingredients

Red beans 500 g

Onion 2 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Bell pepper 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Vinegar 9% 30 ml

Salt 1 tsp

Sugar (sand) 1 tsp

Preparation

Rinse the beans and sort.

Boil the beans until tender.

In a deep saucepan, fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in vegetable oil.

Add diced peppers.

Add the beans along with the broth. Add salt and sugar.

Simmer over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, add vinegar and stir.

Divide into banks.

Twist. Put in a warm place for 12 hours.

The salad with beans for the winter is ready. Keep in the cellar.
