Cauliflower salad for the winter

Cauliflower salad with carrots for the winter, a real vegetable delicacy. The cabbage is juicy and crispy, each jar will be worth its weight in gold.

Cauliflower 1 kg

Bulgarian pepper 3 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Onion 2 pcs

Water 120 ml

Vegetable oil 120 ml

Vinegar 9% 120 ml

Sugar (sand) 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tbsp l.

Paprika 1 tsp

Cardamom 1 tsp


Peel the cabbage from the leaves.

Disassemble into inflorescences and place in a bowl.

Pour boiling water over the cabbage for 10 minutes.

Peel carrots and peppers.

Peel the onion.

In a large saucepan, fold the chopped peppers and the chopped onions in half rings.

Add chopped carrots.

Add cabbage without water.

Pour half a glass of hot water into a bowl and add spices.

Add salt and sugar.

Add vinegar.

Add vegetable oil.

Mix the fill well.

Pour the marinade over the vegetables and leave for 1 hour.

Divide into banks.

Sterilize half liter cans for 10-12 minutes.

Roll up and put in a warm place for 12 hours.

Cauliflower salad for the winter is ready. Store in a cellar.
