Pickled cabbage for the winter is a delicious appetizer. Easy to prepare, it will delight you in winter.
Cooking time 30 minutes
White cabbage ½
Carrots 2-3 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Sweet peas 5-7 pcs
Vinegar 9% 2 tbsp. l.
Dill seed 1 tsp
Peel cabbage and carrots.
Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots. Knead well with your hands until juice forms.
Add dill seeds and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Store tightly in clean cans up to the top.
Put black peppercorns, sugar and salt in 1 liter of water. Boil the marinade and add the vinegar.
Pour marinade into jars and cover.
Put in hot water for sterilization, for 10-12 minutes 0.5 liter jars.
Roll up and cool in a blanket for 12 hours. Keep cold. Before serving, drain the marinade, season with vegetable oil and garnish with onion rings.
