This is the recipe for the fastest and healthiest raspberry jam. In winter, the aroma of raspberry jam without cooking is crazy. Recommended for colds and for morning pancakes.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Raspberry 1 kg
Sugar 1 kg
Sort raspberries freshly picked in sunny weather and remove bad berries. Pour into a clean dish.
Cover with sugar. Grind with a pusher or beat with a mixer.
Divide into clean, sterile, dry jars and close with nylon lids. Store only cold. It can be laid out in containers and put into the freezer, with natural defrosting, the jam remains as fresh, healthy and tasty as on the day it was made.
