Dressing for pickle for the winter

An irreplaceable preparation for the winter for making a tasty and quick pickle.

Cooking time 2 hours


Cucumbers 1 kg

Tomato 400 g

Bulb onions 200 g

Carrots 200 g

Water 200 ml

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 100 ml

Vinegar 9% 100 ml

Salt 2 tbsp l.

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.


In a large saucepan, combine finely chopped onions and grated carrots.

Add grated tomatoes.

Add the diced cucumbers.

Rinse the swollen pearl barley of TM "Aleika" again and put it on a sieve.

Add TM "Aleika" pearl barley, sugar and salt to the saucepan.

Stir, add 1 glass of water and simmer covered for 20 minutes. At the end, pour in 100 ml of 9% vinegar and mix.

Divide into clean and dry jars.

Tighten the lids and put in heat until they cool completely.

Dressing for pickle for the winter is ready. Store in a cellar or in a cool dark place.
