Vegetable salad with sesame seeds

This original fresh vegetable salad with sesame seeds will instantly create a summer mood on your table.

Ingredients

Tomatoes 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Red onion 1 pc

Sour apple 1/2 pc

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Sesame seeds 15 g

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Ground white pepper 1/4 tsp.

Dried oregano 1/4 tsp

Paprika 1/4 tsp

Ginger 1/4 tsp

Salt

Preparation

Cut the cucumbers into thin circles, apple slices, onion rings.

Cut the pepper into small pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Finely chop the greens.

Mix everything well in one cup.

Add spices to the oil and mix. Salt.

Season the salad. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
