Prepare this cabbage salad for the winter and in winter you just have to get it out of the jar and the salad is ready!

White cabbage 500 g
Cucumbers 5-6 pcs
Bulgarian pepper 2-3 pcs
Carrots 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Vinegar 9% 30 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Ground black pepper to taste
Remove the sluggish leaves from the cabbage and cut into small pieces, then into squares. Place the cabbage in a saucepan.
Add sliced bell peppers, sliced cucumbers and grated carrots in strips.
Add sugar, salt, ground black pepper, vinegar and vegetable oil.
Stir well and cover, leave for 1 hour.
Place the salad tightly in jars and pour over the juice from the vegetables.
Cover with lids and put on sterilization 0.5 liters for 12 minutes, 0, 7 for 15 minutes.
Take out the cans and roll up. Put in a warm place until it cools completely.
Cabbage salad for the winter is ready. Put the finished cans in a cool place for storage.
