Pickled honey mushrooms for the winter in jars, this is the most delicious and royal snack for the winter holidays.

Honey mushrooms 2 kg
Marinade water 1 l
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic clove 3 pcs
Dill umbrellas to taste
Black peppercorns 5-7 pcs
Vinegar essence 70% 1 tsp
Sort freshly cut mushrooms from wormy ones.
Cut off the legs a little and disassemble them to size.
Rinse in parts under running water to remove dirt and sand.
Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Boil until boiling, remove the foam with a slotted spoon and cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat.
Place the mushrooms on a sieve.
Put the boiled mushrooms in a clean saucepan.
Add 2 kg of boiled mushrooms, 1 liter of water, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, 5-7 peas of black pepper, 3 cloves of garlic and 1-2 whisk of dill.
Cook for another 15 minutes in the marinade, at the end add 1 teaspoon of 70% vinegar essence.
Arrange the mushrooms with a slotted spoon in clean jars.
Add the remaining marinade to the top.
Tighten the lids, cool at room temperature and put in the refrigerator.
Pickled mushrooms for the winter in banks are ready. Mushrooms will be pickled in a month.
