Freezing beets for the winter

Baked frozen beets, this is the perfect ready-made solution for rich and vibrant beets and borscht.

Beets 1 kg

Sealed bags



Wash the beets well, cut the tails.

Wrap each beet in a piece of foil.

Do this with all the beets.

Put in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

Cool and peel the finished beets.

Grate on a coarse grater into a bowl.

Place immediately in sealed bags and close.

Freezing beets for the winter is ready. Store in a freezer. Add at the very end of your favorite meal.
