Frozen zucchini boats can be stuffed with any filling, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven. These frozen zucchini are sure to please.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Wash and dry the courgettes well.
Peel the zucchini.
Cut into halves.
Remove the seed center with a spoon.
Fold in bags and put in the freezer.
