Green tomato salad for the winter

Green tomatoes can be delicious too! Don't believe me? Make this winter green tomato salad before you know it ends.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Green tomatoes 1 kg

Carrots 300 g

Bulb onions 300 g

Vegetable oil 120 ml

Vinegar 9% 30 ml

Sugar (sand) 2 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tbsp l.


Rinse and sort the tomatoes.

Cut the green tomatoes into slices.

Peel the onion and chop into half rings.

Peel and grate the carrots.

Place vegetables in a large bowl or bowl and stir.

Add salt and sugar.

Add vinegar and oil.

Mix everything well and leave for 2 hours.

Tamp the salad into clean jars and cover with lids.

Put a rag on the bottom of a deep saucepan and put jars of salad, pour cold water into the saucepan and put on fire. Sterilize the salad 10-12 minutes after boiling the water.
