Spicy cucumbers for the winter

These hot cucumbers for the winter are a real find. Great snack in winter. They will definitely take the most important place on any festive table.

Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes


Fresh cucumbers 2, 5-3 kg

Garlic clove 4 pcs

Hot pepper 1 pc

Allspice peas 5 g

Bay leaf 4 pcs

Mustard seed 1 tsp

Vinegar 9%

Liter jar 2-3 handfuls.




Rinse and dry fresh cucumbers well.

Prepare all spices and currant leaves, peeled garlic.

Put in each jar 2-3 peas, 2 bay leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds and 2-3 slices of hot pepper with seeds.

Cut the tails off the cucumbers and place tightly in jars.

Pour boiling water over and leave for 20 minutes. Drain the water from the cans into a saucepan. Add sugar and salt, at the rate of 2 tbsp. tablespoons per liter of water, sugar and salt.

Boil well and pour the marinade into jars. Add 2 tbsp. spoons 9% bite.

Close with lids. Allow to cool at room temperature.

Can be stored both in the cold and at home.
