These delicious and crunchy little pickled cucumbers will decorate your table during the New Year holidays.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Ground cucumbers 2 kg
Water 1 l
A clove of garlic 5-7 pcs
Dill seed 1 tsp
Black peppercorns 5-7 pcs
Currant leaves 6 pcs
Bay leaf 2-3 pcs
Salt 2 tbsp l.
Sugar (sand) 2 tbsp. l.
Vinegar essence 70% 1/2 tsp
Rinse the cucumbers well.
Put currant leaves in clean jars.
Add 2-3 cloves of garlic, 2-3 peppercorns and bay leaf in each jar.
Arrange the cucumbers tightly, cutting off the tails.
Add 1 pinch of dill seeds on top.
Pour boiling water over and leave for 20 minutes.
Drain the water from the jars into a saucepan. Boil the drained water, add sugar and salt. Add vinegar.
Pour marinade into jars. Roll up the lids and put in heat for 12 hours.
Pickled cucumbers "Firm" are ready. Store in a cellar.
