Plums 2 kg
Sugar 2 kg
Apple pectin 30 g
Wash ripe plums well.
Put in a saucepan and knead well with a crush.
Rub through a sieve.
Add apple pectin to raw plum puree.
Cook over medium heat until boiling.
Add sugar and cook again until boiling, boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Pour the prepared jam into jars.
Tighten with lids.
Plum jam for the winter is ready. You can store it both at home and in the cellar.
