Spring cake with green onions and eggs

This quick spring onion and egg pie can be made in just 30 minutes.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Eggs 6 pcs

Green onions 1 bunch

Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 1 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 10 g

Salt to taste


Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.

Cut the eggs into small cubes in a bowl.

Finely chop the green onion.

Mix eggs and onions in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and stir.

In another bowl, break three eggs, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.

Add 3 tablespoons sour cream and 10 grams of baking powder.

Add the onion and eggs to the bowl of dough. Mix.

Pour the dough into a mold and flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.

Cool the cake slightly and cut into pieces.

Pie with green onions and eggs is ready. Can be served at the table.
