Pour warm milk into a bowl and add half a teaspoon of dry yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Add 30 grams of butter and half a teaspoon of salt.

Cover with cling film or a towel and leave for 1 hour.

Cover with cling film and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Make 4-6 cuts with a sharp knife.

Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of starch in 100 ml of water. Mix.

Grease hot loaves on top for a tender crust.

Leave to cool.
