Grated pie with red currants

Melt the butter. Add sugar and egg.

Add starch, flour, baking soda and salt in parts. Mix well and knead not very tight dough.

Remove the dough in the cold for 20-30 minutes. Divide into two unequal parts. Roll out most of it in shape, no more than 1 cm thick.

Sort the berries and rinse. Separate from the branches. Put the berries in an even layer on a layer of dough. Sprinkle a little sugar.

Grate the rest of the dough over the berries.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.

Cool the finished pie and cut into pieces.

Bon appetit!
