Pampushki with wild garlic will go well with any dish.
Cooking time 2 hours
Wheat flour of the highest grade 650 g
Water 300 ml
Dry yeast 10 g
Vegetable oil for dough 30 ml
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ramson 1 bunch
Vegetable oil for frying
Dissolve yeast in warm water, about 50 ml, add sugar. Leave on for 30 minutes.
Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add the rest of the warm water, salt and diluted yeast.
Knead the dough. It should be soft but not sticky.
Add vegetable oil and knead well again.
Put the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel. Remove to heat for 1 hour. Wait for an increase in volume, 2 times.
Divide the dough into pieces, roll each into a cake. Finely chop the ramson.
Put greens on a flat cake and salt.
Wrap in a roll and cut into pieces.
Fry in hot oil in a deep frying pan until golden brown.
Put on napkins and cool.
Serve to the table.
