Biscuits "Epiphany", delicious shortbread cookies that will not stay on the table for a long time.

Wheat flour 1, 5 stack.

Eggs 2 pcs

Butter 100 g

Sugar 50 g

Ground cinnamon 2 g

Vanillin 1 g

Ground ginger 1 g

Ground nutmeg 1 g

Salt to taste


Knead the dough from flour, eggs, butter.

Add sugar, salt, vanillin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg.

Roll the sausages out of the dough, divide in half and put them on top of each other in the form of crosses.

Cut out figures from the rolled dough with molds.

Place on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180-200 degrees C.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
