Mini pizzas with ham, olives and mozzarella are the perfect outdoor snack, easy to make and take away.
Cooking time 1 hour 20 minutes
Dry yeast 10 g
Flour 400 g
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs
Ham 100 g
Mashed tomatoes 100 g
Mozzarella 100 g
Black olives (canned, pitted) 50 g
Olive oil 5 tbsp l.
Dried Provencal herbs 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Dissolve yeast in 200 milliliters of warm water. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Add eggs, 1/2 teaspoon sugar and salt, 3 tablespoons olive oil. Mix well.
Add flour in portions and knead the dough.
Let the dough stand for about 1 hour.
Divide the dough into pieces and roll each piece into a circle.
For the sauce, in a bowl, combine mashed tomatoes, olive oil, salt to taste and Provencal herbs. Mix well.
Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and brush with sauce.
Top with chopped ham.
Place the sliced olives in rings.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella on top.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
Mini pizzas with ham, olives and mozzarella are ready. Put on a platter and serve.
