Chicken roll with cheese and dill

Chicken roll with cheese and dill, this appetizing appetizer can be safely served on a festive table, there are a minimum of ingredients, and the result is excellent.

Chicken fillet (5-6 pieces) 800 g

Baltic cheese 100 g

Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.

Provencal mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Egg 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch




Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Beat off each fillet into a thin layer.

Put the beaten fillet on the surface in one layer. Season with salt and pepper.

Grease a little with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped dill.

Wet your hands with water. Roll the fillet with your hands into a roll.

Beat the egg and brush over the whole roll.

Gently transfer to the breadcrumbs and sprinkle on all sides.

Heat a suitable skillet vigorously. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the roll on all sides.

Put the roll on a baking sheet with foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Cool the roll and cut into small slices. Put on a platter with lettuce leaves. Decorate with herbs. Chicken roll with cheese and dill is ready, you can serve it to the festive table.
