Meatloaf with mushrooms and cheese "New Year"

Meatloaf with mushrooms and cheese is a magic dish for the New Year and Christmas table. Minced meat can be used to taste beef, pork, or mixed with chicken to add flavor and texture to the dish.

Minced beef 600 g

Champignons 300 g

Cheese 100 g

Onion 2 pcs

Simple loaf 1 piece

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Mustard with seeds 2 tbsp l.

Egg 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Peel and rinse the mushrooms.

Fry finely chopped mushrooms and onions in a pan. Salt a little.

Grind the onion and loaf in a meat grinder.

Put the minced meat, onion and loaf in a bowl and add the egg.

Add salt and pepper.

Stir the minced meat with your hands.

Line the foil and lay the minced meat in an even layer.

Lubricate the entire surface with mustard.

Place the mushrooms on top.

Sprinkle grated cheese over the mushrooms.

Roll up roll.

Place the roll on a baking sheet. Apply a net of mayonnaise on top.

Bake the roll in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Remove the roll and sprinkle with the remaining cheese, bake for another 20 minutes.

Cool the finished roll and cut into portions. Put on a dish.

The meatloaf with mushrooms and New Year's cheese is ready. Can be served to the New Year's table.
