Lavash roll with cheese

Lavash, a miracle of cooking. You can make so many delicious things with it and get a delicious snack on the festive table in a few minutes.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Baltic cheese 100 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2-3 pcs

Provencal mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Lavash 1 piece


Boil eggs until tender and cool. Chop the dill finely. Pass the garlic through a press, grate the cheese.

In a bowl, combine grated cheese and grated boiled eggs.

Add dill and garlic.

Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Expand the lavash and coat well with the filling.

Roll up and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Remove from refrigerator. Cut into portions.

Put on a platter with lettuce leaves. Lavash roll with cheese is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
