New Years without Olivier, not New Years. Especially for seafood lovers and those who are looking for something new, we present the Crab Olivier salad.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Crab meat 200 g
Canned green peas 100 g
Potatoes 2 pcs
Eggs 3 pcs
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.
Dice 3 eggs and 2 pickled cucumbers into a bowl.
Add 100 g of canned green peas.
Add 200g diced crab meat.
Boil, cool and peel 2-3 potatoes and 1 carrot.
Add diced vegetables and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Stir the salad.
Place in a salad bowl and garnish with green onions.
The Crab Olivier salad is ready. Can be served to the festive table!
