Festive tartlets with mushrooms

If you want to please your guests with a delicious and spectacular snack on the festive table, prepare them "Festive" tartlets with mushrooms.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Sausage cervelat 100 g

Fresh champignons 7-9 pcs

Tartlets 6-7 pcs

Potatoes 3-4 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Bulb onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dill 1 bunch


Peel the mushrooms and wash well.

Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender and cool.

Fry mushrooms, chopped into strips and finely chopped onions in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.

Cut a couple of mushrooms separately into slices and fry in a pan.

Grate boiled potatoes into a bowl.

Add chopped cervelat and pickled cucumbers into strips.

Add mushrooms and mayonnaise. Stir the salad.

Place the salad in the tartlets.

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Decorate with mushroom slices.

Festive tartlets with mushroom salad are ready. Can be served with a festive table.
