Rinse the chicken, peel the carrots and onions.

Cook chicken with vegetables for 2 hours. Removing the foam.

Strain the broth, dilute the gelatin in water. Mix the swollen gelatin and hot broth (500 ml). Salt to taste.

Cover the form with cling film.

Put sliced ​​carrots and a boiled egg, herbs on the bottom of the form in circles.

Pour in a little broth and set in the refrigerator.

Add finely chopped skinless and boneless meat.

Pour over the remaining broth and cool in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Turn over onto a festive dish and remove the foil.
