Arrange some magic! Make this Christmas Dried Cherry Cupcake. He will certainly gather all your friends and relatives at the table.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Eggs 6 pcs
Flour 270 g
Butter 240 g
Sugar 150 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Dried cherries (seedless) 100 g
Lemon 1 pc
Mandarin 1 piece
Baking powder 10 g
Salt 1 pinch.
Beat the butter with a mixer for 3-5 minutes.
Add 1 egg each (4 eggs and 2 yolks) and continue beating.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the juice of half a lemon.
Add dried cherries.
Just stir the dough with cherries with a spoon.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Lay out the dough.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, 35-40 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden stick.
Cool the cake completely and put out of the mold.
For the glaze, mix the icing sugar and lemon juice from the second half of the lemon.
