Plum cake

This plum cake will brighten up any rainy autumn day and will give the pleasure of tea drinking.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Plums 1 kg

Butter 240 g

Sugar 150 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Lemon 1/2 pc

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.


Beat the soft butter into a fluffy mass with sugar.

Add one egg to a bowl while whisking.

Add the juice of half a lemon and mix the dough well.

Divide the plums into halves and remove the seeds.

Grease the form with a small amount of butter and sprinkle with TM "Aleika" flour.

The finished dough should be creamy or like thick sour cream.

Put the dough into a mold and flatten.

Decorate the top of the cake with the plum halves, slightly drowning them in the dough.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C, 30-35 minutes.

A plum cake made from TM "Aleika" flour from the generous fields of Altai is ready. Cool the cake and remove from the mold. Serve to the table.
