Pancakes with milk

The main secret of thin and delicious pancakes with milk, in their dough cooked in warm milk.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 1/2 l

Flour 150 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/4 tsp


Heat the milk until warm and break the eggs into it, mix well.

Add flour, salt, sugar.

Add vegetable oil and mix well with a whisk.

Fry thin pancakes on both sides in a preheated pan.

Place the pancakes on a platter.

Pancakes with milk are ready. Can be served at the table.
