Puffs with cottage cheese "Favorite"

Puffs with cottage cheese are a favorite treat for children and adults, which can be easily and quickly prepared.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Puff pastry 400 g

Cottage cheese 200 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.


Defrost the puff pastry.

Roll out into a layer no more than 1 cm thick.

Cut into squares.

For the filling, combine cottage cheese, sugar and egg in a bowl.

Place the filling in the middle of the square.

Pinch the edges and do so with the rest.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Brush with beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.

Put the finished puffs on a dish and serve with tea.
