Delicious, fragrant and very tender rum babas for the Easter table.
Cooking time 1 hour
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 100 g of flour TM "Aleika" from the generous fields of Altai. Leave in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Add melted butter.
Add eggs and the rest of the sugar, vanillin, salt. Add the soaked raisins. Add flour and knead the dough.
Put the dough in a clean bowl and cover with a towel, leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Knead the dough in a bowl for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces and put in tins, greased with vegetable oil. Leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.
Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Cool the finished rum women and remove from the molds.
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar and rum. Boil the impregnation syrup.
Pour the syrup into a bowl and cool.
Make punctures with a wooden stick at the bottom of the "attendants". Dip the bucks into the syrup for 4-5 minutes, remove and turn over.
Add sugar for fondant to boiling water. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.
Transfer the finished sugar mass to a mixer bowl and beat until white.
Dip the tops of the grandmas in hot fondant.
The babas are ready. Cool and put on a dish.
