Pies with apples in the oven

Delicate apple pies for the most winter tea with your family.

Cooking time 1 hour


Flour 500-600 g

Milk 300 ml

Cottage cheese 200 g

Butter 50 g

Apple 2-3 pcs

3 eggs to taste

Sugar 4 tbsp. l.

Dry yeast 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste


Add sour cream to warm milk.

Add 2 eggs.

Add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and salt.

Add melted butter.

Add flour and yeast.

Knead the dough.

Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes to rise.

For the filling, wash the apples well.

Peel and cut into slices. Add 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar and stir.

Knead the dough with the addition of flour, about 100-120 gr.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll into balls.

Roll into flat cakes.

Make small cuts.

Place apples in the middle.

Close the edges and clip on.

Put the pies on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Brush with beaten egg.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Put ready-made apple pies on a dish and serve.
