Fried cranberry pies

Fried airy pies with cranberries and sugar, what else is needed to meet your favorite guests. Maybe just a cup of delicious tea.

Cooking time 1 hour


Flour 450 g

Kefir 400 ml

Frozen cranberries 200 g

Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp

Dry yeast 1/2 tsp

Frying oil


Heat kefir and add yeast.

Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar and salt.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix well.

Add the sifted flour and knead to a soft dough.

Lightly grease the surface with vegetable oil and leave for 20 minutes.

When the dough rises.

Crumple it.

Leave again for 20 minutes, when the dough rises a second time, divide into pieces.

Roll each into a "cake".

Defrost cranberries and mix with sugar.

Put some berries on a flat cake.

Pinch the edges, shape into a pie.

Fry in a deep frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown, on both sides.

Put the finished pies into one dish.

Fried cranberry pies are ready. Can be served at the table.
