Delicate muffins with berries for summer gatherings with tea.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Honeysuckle berries (or wild strawberries, strawberries, lingonberries) 200 g
Flour 200 g
Sugar 100 g
Cream 10% fat. 50 ml
Butter 50 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Baking powder 10 g
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add soft butter.
Add flour with loosening agent.
Mix the dough well.
Rinse the berries well and sort.
Add the berries to the dough and mix gently.
Put the capsules in the mold.
Fill with dough to 2/3 of the volume.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, 15-20 minutes.
Cool, put on a dish. Muffins with berries are ready. Can be served at the table.
