Pies with jam

This recipe will help you make the most delicious granny's sweet jelly cakes.

Cooking time 1 hour 20 minutes


Flour 400 g

Milk 200 ml

Apple jam (thick jam) 100 g

Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Dry yeast 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Frying oil to taste


Dissolve the yeast in warm milk.

After 10-15 minutes, add butter, salt and sugar.

Add flour.

Mix well.

Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour.

Knead the fluffy dough and divide it into pieces. Form "cakes".

Put a spoonful of jam on the dough and pinch the pie.

Blind all the pies.

Fry in a frying pan with hot oil, on both sides until golden brown.

Put ready-made pies on a dish.
