Easter muffins "Kulichiki"

Easter muffins "Kulichiki", they are so spring and festive. Very tender and delicious!

Cooking time 30 minutes


Eggs 4 pcs

Flour 150 g

Sugar 120 g

Milk 120 ml

Powdered sugar 100 g

Butter 30 g

Lemon 1 pc

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Food coloring (green) 1 pc

Sugar (green) to taste

Candy (multi-colored, for decoration) to taste

Paper cupcake molds to taste


Beat two eggs in a bowl with sugar.

Add melted butter.

Add milk.

Add flour and baking powder.

Remove the zest from the lemon.

Add the zest to the bowl of dough. Mix the dough well.

Arrange the paper cupcake tins in a mold.

Spread out the test tins by 2/3 of the volume.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Cool the finished muffins.

Beat two egg whites with powdered sugar. Beat until creamy for 10-15 minutes, add a few drops of lemon juice at the end. Add the green color to the cream and beat well.

Apply protein cream to muffins.

Decorate with colored sugar.

Make small testicles from multi-colored mastic (you can use multi-colored candies or raisins in glaze).

Decorate the muffins with eggs.

Easter muffins "Kulichiki" are ready. Can be served to the Easter table.
