Pancakes with meat and rice baked in sour cream will please the whole family. And on Shrovetide, these pancakes can become your signature dish.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Milk 500 ml
Minced meat 300 g
Flour 150 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Rice 5-6 st. l.
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 2-3 tbsp. l.
Dill 1 bunch
1 tbsp butter l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Pour the milk into a bowl.
Add flour and salt.
Stir the dough well with a whisk. Add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir again.
Fry pancakes in a pan on both sides.
Fold the finished pancakes in a stack.
Cook the minced meat, peel the onion and chop finely.
In a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry the minced meat with onions, kneading well with a spoon.
Season with salt and pepper, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Boil the rice until tender, rinse and discard on a sieve.
Add rice to minced meat.
Put the filling on the pancake and wrap it in an envelope.
Grease the form with butter and lay out the stuffed pancakes.
Grease well with sour cream.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle the prepared pancakes with meat and rice with finely chopped dill and serve.
