Cottage cheese 200 g
Flour 200 g
Sugar 150 g
Butter 50 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Baking powder 10 g
Breadcrumbs 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch.
Icing sugar (for decoration)
Protein cream (for decoration)
Confectionery sprinkles (for decoration)
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add melted butter.
Sift flour, add baking powder, salt and vanillin.
Put the curd in a large bowl.
Add the egg-buttered mixture to the curd and mix well.
Add flour mixture and mix the dough.
Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the dough in a mold and smooth with wet hands.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.
Let the cake cool.
Apply icing sugar to the top of the cake.
Cover the sides of the cake with protein cream.
