Cooking time 45 minutes
Flour 170 g
Sugar 100 g
Chocolate droplets (or chocolate pieces 1x1 cm) 100 g
Butter 50 g
Liqueur amaretto 30 ml
Eggs 3 pcs
Baking powder 10 g
Icing sugar (for decoration)
Confectionery sprinkles (for decoration)
Salt 1 pinch.
Vanillin 1 pinch.
Beat soft butter with sugar.
Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
Add eggs to butter with sugar.
Add flour, vanillin, baking powder and salt.
Add chocolate droplets and amaretto. Mix the dough.
Divide the dough into molds. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes. Willingness to check with a toothpick.
Cool the finished muffins and remove from the mold.
Decorate with colored sugar icing and pastry sprinkles.
Serve to the Easter table.
