Pancakes with milk with sorrel jam

Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.

Sorrel for jam 1 bunch

Jam sugar 1/2 cup

Make pancake dough. To do this, mix milk, eggs and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Gradually add flour, beating the dough with a blender on medium speed. The pancake dough should be slightly thicker than kefir. Let stand and add another 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix.

Finely chop the sorrel and simmer in a pan, adding a little water and half a glass of sugar until it thickens.

Blend the sorrel into jam.

Bake pancakes by greasing a pan with butter or vegetable oil.

When serving, sprinkle with sorrel jam and sprinkle with icing sugar.
