Pancakes with ice cream and strawberries

Who among us doesn't like pancakes? And what about ice cream? Flavored pancakes with ice cream and strawberries, a delicacy that is hard to resist.

Egg 1 pc

Milk 3.2% fat. 150 ml

Wheat flour of the highest grade 100 g

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

Creamy ice cream 300 g

Strawberries (fresh or frozen) 100 g

Almonds 10 g

Chocolate 50 g


First you need to prepare the pancakes. To do this, beat a little egg with milk, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, salt and sugar to taste, flour until the consistency of liquid sour cream. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.

Bake in a preheated frying pan, pre-greasing it with greased vegetable, thin pancakes on both sides.

Caramelize strawberries in sugar with the addition of red wine.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Wrap ice cream in pancakes.

Cut diagonally.

Place on a plate and garnish with strawberries, almonds and chocolate.
