Eggs 2 pcs
Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs
Wheat flour of the highest grade 150 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Cottage cheese 200 g
Sour cream 20% fat. 50 g
Dried apricots 25 g
Prunes 25 g
Peanuts 20 g
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Prepare pancake dough. Beat eggs with milk, add vegetable oil, salt and sugar to taste, flour until the consistency of liquid sour cream. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
Bake thin pancakes in a preheated frying pan on both sides, greasing the pan with vegetable oil.
Soak dried fruits in hot water. Cut into small cubes.
Mix with cottage cheese, add sugar to taste.
Wrap in a pancake envelope.
Sprinkle peanuts with soaked dried apricots.
