Charlotte with apples

Cut the apples into slices, taking out the core and sprinkle with sugar to leave.

Beat eggs until firm foam.

And after adding alternately adding sugar and flour, continue to beat.

Cover the baking dish with baking paper, grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Pour half of the dough on the bottom and lay out the apples. Then pour the rest on top. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the mold by turning it over onto a plate, let cool slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
