Butter 250 g

Egg yolk 2 pcs

Sugar 120 g

Baking powder 10 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 80 ml

Chopped roasted peanuts 150 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 350 g

Jam (any) 100 g


Mix the softened butter with sugar.

Add yolks, peanuts.

Add milk, baking powder and flour to the mass. Knead a thin but elastic dough.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a syringe.

Make holes in the middle.

Bake in heated to 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Cool down. Decorate the center of each cookie with jam.

Serve to the table.
