Fragrant, crispy homemade croutons are easy. To a soup, salad or just crunch, you will not come off.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Loaf slice 5-7 pcs
Olive oil 2 tbsp l.
Dried garlic 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cut the loaf into cubes and place in a mold or on a baking sheet. Mix oil with garlic.
Sprinkle the bread cubes with salt and sprinkle with garlic oil.
Cook for 7-10 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Put on a platter and serve. Garlic croutons go well with broths, soups, and replace purchased rusks that don't always contain what you want to eat.
