Zombie roll with pumpkin

Eggs 2 pcs

Sugar 100 g

Sour cream 20% fat. 5 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 10 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 120 g

Salt 1 pinch.

For filling:

Peeled pumpkin 200 g

Water 50 ml

Mix eggs, sour cream and butter in a bowl.

Add sugar, baking powder and salt.

Add flour and stir.
