Puffs with porcini mushrooms and vegetables

Roll out the puff pastry into a layer.

Cut out the circles with a glass. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Lay out the dough circles.

Lubricate with mayonnaise. Arrange the mushroom slices.

Then place the bell pepper slices.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the cherry tomato slices on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Put on a dish and serve or take with you to the countryside.
