A pie with cabbage

Cabbage pie is an easy-to-prepare and delicious pastry that you can indulge yourself and your loved ones with.

Eggs 4 pcs

White cabbage 120 g

Cheese 50 g

Flour 4 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Dried garlic 1 tsp

Salt to taste


Beat eggs in a bowl until frothy.

Mix salt, baking powder and dry garlic separately.

Add flour and mixture to the beaten eggs. Mix.

Finely chop the cabbage and mash it a little with your hands.

Grease the mold well with oil. Place the cabbage on the bottom of the mold.

Add grated cheese.

Cover all the cabbage and cheese with the dough.

Flatten the cake on top.

Put in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C. Check the readiness with a toothpick.

Cool the finished cake in the form.

Place on a platter and cut into portions.

Delicious cabbage pie is ready. Serve to the table.
