Sour cream baba with poppy seeds is an Easter baking that will decorate any festive table.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Raw chicken eggs 4 pcs
Sour cream 20% fat. 200 g
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 200 g
Vanillin 2 g
Salt 1 pinch.
Wheat flour of the highest grade 300 g
Poppy 3 tbsp. l.
Egg white (for decoration) 2 pcs
Powdered sugar (for decoration) 100 g
Multi-colored confetti (for decoration)
Beat eggs with sugar until foam.
Add sour cream, baking powder, salt, vanillin.
Add the sifted flour little by little.
Finally add the poppy seeds and stir.
Put in the form.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C, let cool.
Prepare the icing, beat the egg whites with powdered sugar into a liquid foam.
Pour the woman on top.
Sprinkle with confetti.
