Pumpkin and kiwi pie

Pumpkin and Kiwi Pie, this delicious, flavorful slice of pie just begs to be eaten.

Cooking time 40 minutes

Pumpkin 200-300 g

Kiwi 1 piece

Wheat flour 300 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Sugar (sand) 5 tbsp. l.

Butter 100 g

Kefir (or sour milk) 100-150 ml

Lemon (juice and zest) 1/2 pc

Fresh ginger 20 g

Soda 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Peel and dice the pumpkin and kiwi.

Get the oil to warm up (you can hold the saucer on low heat for 2-3 seconds).

Sift flour, add salt and soda. Grate lemon zest and fresh ginger on a medium to fine grater.

Add oil to the flour and grind well to a sand state.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar until light foam. Gently insert the beaten eggs into the dough, stir gently in a circular motion. If necessary (if the dough is too dry) add sour milk or kefir at room temperature. Add the juice of half a lemon and stir gently.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable or butter, cover the bottom with half of the dough, put the pumpkin and kiwi slices and pour the remaining dough on top.

Bake at 220 ° C for 25-30 minutes.

Serve hot for tea, cocoa or coffee.

Bon appetit!
